EDELRID Firn Guide ice axe

A technical ice axe designed for demanding high-altitude tours and classic alpinism, combining low weight, exceptional ergonomics and robust materials for reliability in challenging terrain.

Product features
Lightweight anodized aluminum body with a slight bend, sandblasted and milled surface for excellent anti-slip protection
Stainless steel blade with I-profile, for reduced weight and high torsional rigidity
Tip with gradual taper from 4 mm to 3 mm for precise insertion into ice
Aggressive, sharp blade with a central part oriented perpendicular to the body for effective chipping and setting of T-anchors
Large cutout on the forehead allows for easy attachment of large carabiners
Spike on the bottom for stability when supporting, also with a carabiner hole
Modular compatibility with all Edelrid ice axes, including REVOLT and RIOT models, for universal use of accessories
