Technical ice axe designed for ice climbing and technical mountaineering. Icefalls, north faces and couloirs are the ideal terrain for this ice axe. Equipped with an ICE tip suitable for ice climbing. The ability to fully modulate the ice ax with various accessories gives it a unique versatility in its category. Lightness and precise balance make it an ice ax suitable for both men and women.
- Fully modular head to adapt the ice axe to different types of winter climbing - ice, technical mixed climbing
- Light alloy handle with anodized finish, with geometry and length designed to better suit different ice morphologies
- Ergonomically shaped handle for high efficiency when used in traction
- Steel tip with eye for placing a carabiner and/or SWHIPPY elastic arm
The ice axe is equipped with:
- Replaceable ICE tip, ideal for ice climbing, with a shaped profile that allows for optimal grip and penetration into the ice
- CHANGE OVER handle, which, thanks to its shape and position, makes it easier to change hands
- BUMPER armrest, which offers support for the hand and transfers weight to the ice axe
- IMPACT HAMMER weight (supplied unmounted) to increase the weight of the ice axe head
