Climbing Technology Quick Roll ascender, left, titanium
Innovative manual climbing ascender (jumar) with integrated pulley. Available in right and left hand versions. It is suitable for speleology (in conjunction with a thoracic jumar, e.g. CHEST ASCENDER+, enables rope ascent using the MAO technique) and rope work (in conjunction with a self-braking abseiling device, e.g. SPARROW, enables climbing on a working rope). Ideal for clearing and cleaning new paths on rocks.
- Ergonomic handle with pre-shaped surface, designed for greater efficiency and comfort when climbing and increased wear resistance.
- Cam open/unlock lever with a patented system to unlock the cam in one downward movement.
- Steel cam with technology that increases its durability. It is equipped with a set of teeth that minimize the wear of the rope, but effectively block it and thus allow climbing the rope. It also has three grooves that prevent the accumulation of mud and dirt and make it easier to slide the jumar up the rope in any conditions (mud, frozen rope, etc.).
- Two attachment eyes for different uses, an anti-tip system and a secondary hole for attaching a lanyard or a carabiner for a riser.
- Available in right and left hand versions.
Warning! The integrated pulley is not a personal belay device and can only be used as an additional aid when climbing according to the methods listed. But not for extracting people or material.
