A small, very durable and easy-to-use wedge is suitable wherever other belay devices fail. Friend is too big and, on the contrary, a classic wedge is difficult to put in. The wedges are color-coded to make it easier to choose the right size on the seat. They fit perfectly in narrow hairline cracks. The smallest size for joints from 3 mm wide!This unique belay device was invented back in 1987 by Steve Byrne, originally called Lowe Balls, and even then it served as a secret weapon for lovers of traditional climbing .
