Fenix ​​​​LD35R rechargeable LED flashlight

The Fenix ​​LD35R is a versatile flashlight that is equipped with three types of light: white, red and blue light for a wide range of occasions. The main white light is provided by the top-of-the-line second-generation Luminus SST-40 diode with a maximum output of 1800 lumens and an impressive range of up to 337 meters, so darkness will never be an obstacle again. For flexible lighting of the workspace or surroundings, the lamp is equipped with two powerful COB light strips on the sides, which allow either one-sided lighting or 360° area lighting. The flat back hides a strong magnet for attaching to metal surfaces, which you will appreciate when repairing, camping or working in the workshop. For crisis situations, the flashlight is equipped with a stainless steel impact rim, which is equipped with ceramic spikes for quick glass breaking and effective self-defense. Convenient and fast one-handed operation is ensured by a combination of a lever and electronic switch, and power is provided by the included 18650 battery with a capacity of 3400 mAh, which is charged directly in the flashlight via a waterproof USB-C port. Using the Fenix ​​LD35R flashlight

There may be an insulating cap on the battery inside the flashlight from the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.

Turning on/off and switching power modes - To turn the light on or off, hold the button for about 0.5 seconds. You can switch power modes at any time during operation by briefly pressing the button.

Switching between main light, side colored light and side white light is done using the rotary selector.

Memory for the last set mode - In the main white light mode, the lamp has a memory for three basic modes: 20, 100 and 350 lumens. The side lights always turn on in the lowest mode.

Lock/unlock - To prevent the lamp from being turned on accidentally, e.g. in the luggage compartment, press the button twice quickly (the light must be off), the light will then flash in eco mode, signaling locking. To unlock, quickly press the button twice again and the flashlight will turn on in the lowest mode of the mode in which the rotary selector is currently set. Unwanted switching on can also be prevented by enabling the lamp's terminal.

Battery replacement - Unscrew the lamp terminal and insert the battery with the positive pole facing the head. Then tighten the lamp end completely again.

Charging - Flip up the dust cover and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port of the lamp. After charging is complete, seal the dust cap again. The typical charging time for the included ARB-L18-3400 battery is 3 hours with a 5 V/2 A USB source. The indicator lights red during charging. As soon as the battery is fully charged, the green indicator will light up. While charging, the flashlight can be used in any mode except strobe, however, depending on the battery charge level, not all modes may be available and the total charging time will be extended.

Battery charge level indication - When the light is off, you can activate the battery charge level indication by briefly pressing the button for three seconds. Green indicates a sufficient state of charge (100% - 85%), green flashing 85% - 50%, steady red 50% - 25% and flashing red a critically discharged battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is discharged, the flashlight will gradually automatically switch to lower power modes, and in the lowest mode, the battery charge indicator will flash red to indicate that the battery needs to be recharged or replaced. It only works with original batteries.

Intelligent overheating protection - When using the lamp at high power modes for a long time, a large amount of heat accumulates. When the lamp reaches a temperature of 60°C or higher, it will automatically reduce the output by a few lumens to lower the temperature. When the temperature drops below 60 °C, the performance gradually increases again.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
• Use only the above-mentioned high-current rechargeable Li-ion 18650 batteries.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light does not switch to higher power modes, flashes or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is almost empty - recharge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The back part of the lamp is loose - tighten it.
