The Fenix ​​HT18R rechargeable hunting light belongs to the tactical lights with the largest afterglow in the offer. The Fenix ​​HT18R LED lamp has a total of six white light functions with a duration of up to 42 hours, including stroboscopic and SOS flashing. To turn on/off, press the main tactical button at the end of the light, for immediate activation, hold the button. By pressing the secondary switch button, you can switch between power modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode while the lamp is on, hold down the switch button, press the button again to switch to SOS. Press and hold the toggle button to turn the light directly into strobe mode.

Memory for the last set mode - the lamp has a memory and will always turn on in the last set mode, except for stroboscope and SOS.

Replacing the battery - unscrew the end of the lamp and insert the battery with the plus pole facing inwards. Then fully tighten the end cap again.

Charging - open the dust cover and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port of the lamp. During charging, the indicator opposite the charging connector lights up red. It lights up green when fully charged. After charging is complete, seal the dust cap again. Normal charging time is approximately 3.5 hours for a fully discharged lamp. The lamp cannot be used while charging.

Indication of the state of battery charge - every time it is switched on, the indicator LED opposite the charging connector is activated for three seconds. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged to 25-50%. Blinking red means there is less than 25% battery capacity left.

Intelligent protection against overheating - if the temperature of the lamp exceeds 65°C, the power will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 65°C, it is possible to use the highest power again.

Warning of a discharged battery - if the voltage drops below the set level, the lamp will reduce the brightness to a lower level until it reaches 30 lumens. When the lowest power is reached, the battery charge indicator will flash red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

• Use only high-quality rechargeable Li-ion batteries 21700 with protective electronics.
• Insert the batteries with the positive pole towards the lamp head.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is almost empty - charge it or replace it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The head, body or back of the lamp is loose, tighten them.
