Rex Green Racing Service is a racing climbing wax designed for cold conditions on mixed snow. It provides a sure and reliable rebound in low temperatures while helping to overcome the friction of cold snow.

The evolution of climbing waxes
“I originally learned how to apply climbing waxes as a process where a soft layer is applied first, followed by a harder climbing wax appropriate for the snow conditions. In 2010, together with Stein-Olav Snesrud, who later became the head service technician for the Norwegian national team, I began testing new waxing techniques.
Together, we have found that the opposite procedure – using a harder rising wax as a base and a softer wax as a top coat – yields excellent results. This approach required a new way of developing soft top waxes and a series of test blends. These gradually evolved into the products of the Racing Service product line: TK-1814 and 30G.
Based on this philosophy, we have designed three new climbing waxes to complement the Rex Racing Service product line: Gold, Blue and Green.”

Finnish brand Rex has been making ski care since 1952, and in 2015 they also focused on bike care. Their Black Diamond lube won an independent laboratory test as "the most effective". Their offer also includes cleaners and vaseline.
