Ortovox Piz Boe shorts

Very light insulating shorts ORTOVOX PIZ BOE SHORTS suitable for demanding activities such as ski mountaineering, ski touring and high mountain tourism. SWISSWOOL® wool insulation insulates heat even when wet and has excellent thermoregulatory properties. Durable Pertex® Quantum upper material with ripstop weave repels water and is windproof. Thanks to the stretch panels made of MERINO NATURTEC LIGHT material, it adapts even during dynamic movements.

ORTOVOX PIZ BOÈ SHORTS are designed for demanding ski alpinists who know that less is many times more. They are the ideal companion for demanding winter hikes, where minimum weight and maximum performance are required. Whether at the top or at any time during the ascent, you can easily put on the shorts without having to take off your boots or get off your skis. They'll warm you up in no time. Thanks to the surface material Pertex® Quantum, you can also use them as an outer layer. They are windproof and you don't have to worry about wet snow or drizzle. You can also use them as an insulation layer under a hardshell.

Pertex® Quantum material is densely woven material from recycled polyamide that does not blow through and is also highly breathable. Thanks to its ripstop weave, it is resistant to abrasion and tearing, even though it is soft and pliable to the touch

You can use ORTOVOX PIZ BOÈ SHORTS as an outer layer and you don't have to worry about wet snow or drizzle. At the same time, they are resistant to wind, so they will protect you perfectly even in bad weather conditions
Comfort and freedom of movement are supported by MERINO NATURTEC LIGHT stretch panels that are located on the side of the thighs from the outside

This legendary German company named Ortovox has been specializing in challenging mountain activities since 1980. They became popular, thanks to their avalanche transceiver ORTOVOX F2. It had a double frequency transceiver for searching avalanche victims. Except for safety systems and finders, they also offer apparel, backpacks, shovels, probes, and other freeride and alpine equipment.
