Poles must be easily storable, so that you can easily and conveniently attach them to your running backpack. That is why we most often use folding or telescopic poles for running. With some models, the height is adjustable, with others you need to choose the length exactly for your body type. The length of the clubs should correspond to the distance from the ground to your hand, so that your shoulder forms a right angle with the forearm. There are running poles made from different materials to choose from, which also affects the weight of the poles.
