Silva Running pole, 120 - 140 cm, dark gray
Running poles made of 100% 3K carbon, where you don't have to compromise on length and weight. Thanks to the adjustable upper part, they are adjustable from 120 - 140 cm, in the smaller version from 100 - 120 cm. The Z-bar system runs through the center of the structure, enabling quick folding and a compact size of 38 cm when folded. The handles made of hardened foam with a bottom grip allow for a grip even in steep terrain, and in combination with the regulation of the overall length, these poles are designed for use even in extremely hilly terrain. The ergonomic glove loops are adjustable and can be quickly fastened and unfastened. The clubs include rubber tips, summer plates and replaceable carbide tips. Silva running poles were tested and developed by top runners, Mimmi Kotka and Petter Restorp.

Choosing the length of trail running poles:
- Stand up and keep your arms bent at 90° with your elbows close to your body
- Measure the distance from the ground to the top edge of your clenched fist and add 5 cm.
