A number of crossfiters have been actively involved in the development of this shoe, including names such as Dan Bailey and Anna Tunnicliffe. The completely new F-lite line, internally marked F-lite v2, is exclusively designed for the needs of functional fitness. Compared to the previous generation F-lite, the 235K has zero inclination between the heel and the toe while maintaining a constant height of 9 mm, there is the same midsole mixture as the ultra trail jewel race ultra (Compressed EVA). The heel part of the midsole has a 40% harder mixture, which you will appreciate with all strength WODs. The result is a very comfortable, functional and dynamic shoe that instantly transmits foot instructions. The functionality of the shoe is supported by the design of the sole, which with its shape copies the tendons in the feet and is therefore flexible in all directions. You will appreciate this functional delicacy at all WODs, when you push, pull, crawl on the wall or climb a rope. In short, the sole also holds you from the edge of your thumb or outer part.
The upper of the shoe has undergone a total revolution, is taut on a wide Standard hoof, is seamless and, especially in the transverse vault, provides sufficient space for its natural work. The transverse arch is the most stressed part of the feet in any WOD and should not be "stressed" in any part by narrow uppers, stitching of parts, plastic reinforcement, etc. The entire circumference of the upper of the upper is rubberized, thus connecting to the raised edges of the sole (ropetec) and thus ensuring excellent contact with the rope during climbing. There is a slightly elastic part in place of the thumb joint, which allows the feet, especially the transverse arch, to expand naturally when lifting the dumbbells.
The result: a top universal shoe with high stability developed specifically for functional fitness.
