If you are looking for a cross-training universal in which you can handle all workouts and the shoe will also serve as a leisure time, there is ALL TRAIN 215. The sole consists of two different hard parts (dual-c), is developed for a mix of different surfaces, primarily primarily to offer best contact on artificial surface in gyme. In the heel part, it more efficiently distributes the tread energy during running (terradapter), in the anterior part it enables efficient reflection management (metaflex). The sole pattern has a depth of 3 mm and the larger area ensures excellent adhesion during longer runs on asphalt.
The parameters of the midsole are 20mm heel, 12mm toe, 8mm drop, injected EVA Fusion midsole offers excellent stability, comfort, lightness, flexibility and dimensional stability.
The upper is shaped on a medium-wide hoof (medium), it is wonderfully breathable with a reinforced toe. In the heel part, the heel is stabilized by an external heel reinforcement (EHC), which does not prevent Achilles in natural work. the whole shoe is comfortably held on the instep by means of an external "cage" made of solid, synthetic material, which is followed by lacing (adapterfit). The transverse arch is therefore not limited by anything and can work naturally when lifting dumbbells.
