Running vests are ideal for longer trail runs, but also for road runs or for running in more demanding terrain, when the runner is required to be properly equipped. The volume of running vests usually ranges from 5 to 15 liters. The advantage of a running vest is that the weight of the running gear is distributed to the front and back. Running vests are very light and with the right size, they literally blend with the body.
