Thanks to the synthetic 100% recycled POLARLOFT® Featherless insulation, the Mountain Equipment PARTICLE VEST is an ideal companion in wet and cold weather. Thanks to the POLARLOFT® Featherless insulation, you feel as comfortable in it as in a down jacket. It keeps you warm both in the dry and in the wet, and you will appreciate it especially during demanding mountaineering and ski mountaineering ascents. Stretch fleece panels reduce bulk and ensure that this is a vest in which you can move freely, no matter how technical the terrain.

The synthetic thermal insulation material POLARLOFT® Featherless is suitable for cold and permanently humid conditions. It is 100% recycled so it is ecologically sustainable. It doesn't mind getting wet, dries quickly and meets all the attributes to become a great candidate for your new mountaineering and ski mountaineering equipment.
This material offers a great ratio of thermal insulation to weight with an exceptionally small volume, so the vest takes up only a minimum of space in your backpack or seat. POLARLOFT® Featherless is stuffed into the chambers like feathers, in small clumps, giving it much more loft and is softer and more flexible than traditional synthetic insulations that are stuffed into the chambers in whole sheets.
