Mountain Equipment Lightline vest
Extremely warm and technical vest based on the popular Lightline jacket. It allows maximum freedom of movement and with high-quality down, the vest provides exceptional warmth around the core of the body, which is crucial for winter hiking and mountaineering. The outer fabric of the down vest protects it from getting wet and therefore from losing its thermal insulation properties. At the same time, it allows maximum breathability of the feathers. The vest also uses thicker fabric, which is suitable for climbing environments full of rocks and bushes, where there is a risk of tearing. When belaying, the lower part of the vest can be unzipped and secured with a buckle under the belay device. The advantage is a separate drawstring for tightening the front and back parts, so there is no risk of getting caught in the carabiner when it is attached to the eye of the seat harness. This way, the vest will not get in the way when working with the rope. This is a really great and practical down vest.|
