Rab Xenair vest
This ultralight vest was designed as a dynamic insulating layer for mountain activities with alternating energy expenditure. Thanks to body-mapping insulation and breathable technical materials, it provides moisture-wicking, fast-reacting protection without unnecessary bulk or heat retention. It can maintain optimal body temperature even when transitioning from higher activity to rest, ideal as an intermediate layer or a separate layer in changing conditions.
- Pertex® Quantum Air outer material (20 D, 47 g/m²) with PFC-free DWR treatment provides a combination of wind resistance and breathability
- Two-weight PrimaLoft® Gold Active+ insulation technology (55% recycled content): 60 g/m² in the front, back and collar, 40 g/m² on the sides and spine, supporting thermoregulation
- Body-mapping insulation targets strategic heat retention where it's needed most, without overheating
- Semi-elastic armholes increase comfort and freedom of movement
- YKK® central front closure with chin guard for added comfort
- Three discreet zip pockets: one on the chest and two on the hands, one of which also serves as a packing bag with a mount for a climbing harness
- One-sided hem adjustment with anti-snag strap for better seal and wind protection

How to measure.
Chest: Measure the entire circumference of your chest, just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hips and measure the entire circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of the back, over the shoulder, through the naturally bent elbow to the wrist.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
Inseam length: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.
