Rab Mythic Alpine Light jacket

The lightest jacket in the Mythic series minimizes weight while maximizing thermal comfort thanks to targeted insulation and ultralight construction. This hybrid jacket with down and synthetic insulation offers excellent breathability, durability and compactness.

Unlike a classic down jacket, you don't have to be afraid to wear it for more aerobically demanding activities, and thanks to the hydrophobic treatment, you can even handle a light shower. Strategically placed PrimaLoft® Gold also insulates even when wet and does not lose its fluffiness. It is perfect for winter mountain adventures, from mixed climbing and alpinism to ski mountaineering and rock climbing.
Product features
Chambered down fillings are concentrated in the torso area for maximum warmth
More durable synthetic insulation is placed on the sides, cuffs, shoulders and bottom of the hood
The premium 900 FP down and PrimaLoft® Gold synthetic insulation used guarantee an optimal warmth-to-weight ratio
The 10D Pertex® Quantum outer material is extremely lightweight, soft and has a ripstop finish for added durability.
The hood stays on your head like a glove and moves with you when you move, without restricting your freedom of movement or peripheral vision, but is not intended for use over a helmet.
The jacket is overall rather narrow in cut. The hood fits nicely as well, and the elastic hem ensures tightness, as do the sleeve ends.
The bottom hem of the jacket is treated with an anti-slip treatment and is adjustable on one side.
The central YKK® zipper is finished with a fleece lining to protect the chin.
Two large zippered (also YKK) hand pockets are nice compared to the predecessor, but they are not lined with feathers to save weight.
