Rab Microlight Windstopper Hoody jacket

This men's hooded down jacket represents the highest level of protection in the iconic Microlight range, designed for year-round mountain use where wind is the main enemy. It provides exceptional thermal comfort thanks to high-quality down while ensuring absolute windproofness and breathability, which is ideal for technical climbing, ski mountaineering and demanding hikes. It is a compact, lightweight insulating layer that will not disappoint even in exposed terrain.

WINDSTOPPER® Products by GORE-TEX LABS outer material provides durable and reliable wind protection that is 100% windproof, minimizing heat loss
700-fill-power recycled European goose down insulation provides excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and reliable insulation
The down is treated with Nikwax hydrophobic treatment (PFC-free), which ensures that the down retains its warmth even in humid environments.
A combination of micro and nano chambers is strategically placed (body-mapping) to provide warmth, mobility and breathability where it's needed most
The down-filled hood is helmet-compatible and has a reinforced peak, providing additional head protection in inclement weather.
The jacket has stretch cuffs and an adjustable hem to help keep the warmth in and adjust the fit.
It is extremely lightweight and easily packable – into one of the two hand pockets, making it easy to carry in a backpack as a backup layer.

How to measure.

Chest: Measure the entire circumference of your chest, just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hips and measure the entire circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of the back, over the shoulder, through the naturally bent elbow to the wrist.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
Inseam length: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.
