The perfect warm-up tool and comprehensive finger training for climbers of all levels. The ideal board for any climber who is serious about training and wants to improve over the long term.Thanks to a wide range of grips, magnetic inserts and a multifunctional handle, it can easily be adapted to your level and training goals.
The board contains:
- four finger grips: 45 mm, 25 mm, 20 mm, 18 mm - with beveled edges for a more comfortable grip
- four finger grips + inserts: 35 mm, 15 mm, 10 mm, 8 mm - angled grip: 25 mm/30 °
- two finger grips: 50 mm, 30 mm – designed for both symmetrical and asymmetrical training
- oblique grips: 35°, 20° - stimulate palm zones and develop strength when squeezing
- two mono holes + central handle for progressive relief or one-sided pulling
