Tento pokrm je vhodný pre dlhé expedície a turistiku, kde sa kladie dôraz na jednoduchú prípravu, ľahké prenášanie a dlhú trvanlivosť. Jedlá Real Turmat sú odolné voči teplotným výkyvom a vyrábajú sa výhradne z čerstvých a kvalitných nórskych surovín. Ich výnimočná chuť je výsledkom unikátneho procesu lyofilizácie, pri ktorom sa mrazí už uvarené kompletné jedlo, čo zaručuje textúru a arómu porovnateľnú s domácou kuchyňou.
