Penco Sport JellyBar is a fruit jelly for athletes with 50% fruit content, with Palatinose and minerals. We recommend before and during performance as a great alternative to energy gels and bars.
Main benefits: 50% fruit 15% isomaltulose (Palatinose TM) A special combination of simple and complex carbohydrates enriched with potassium, which supports the normal functioning of muscles and nerves. Without preservatives and artificial colors. Gluten-free. Also suitable for vegans (does not contain gelatin).
Main use: A quickly available and easily digestible source of energy for delivering good performance in training or during races. 40% of energy is supplied in the form of complex carbohydrates (maltodextrins) and 60% comes from simple sugars.
The selected fruit component is a mixture of apple and peach, which are among the fruits with a low glycemic index. Like Palatinosa, they increase the blood sugar level more slowly and the body stays full longer. Apart from potassium, apples also contain calcium and magnesium.
Enriched with sodium and potassium minerals, which are lost in sweat to a greater extent during physical exertion. Supplementing with potassium is especially important for proper neuromuscular activity. Potassium also contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure.
Thanks to its simple composition, the bar is also very suitable for children.
