Penco Sport Energy Bar is an energy bar containing a unique ingredient - MCT oil (Medium Chain Triacylglycerols). According to available data, MCTs are quickly absorbed and release energy, and unlike normal fats, they are not stored in the body and do not require L-carnitine to burn them. MCTs provide the necessary energy while contributing to the reduction of fat stores.
Penco Sport Energy Bar provides an effective antioxidant system consisting of vitamins C, E and trace elements zinc, manganese and selenium. The high content of vitamin C contributes to maintaining the function of the immune system during and after intense exercise. This positive effect is achieved by consuming one Penco Šport Energy Bar daily, which supplies the body with an additional 230 mg of vitamin C. Thanks to the increased content of vitamin C, Energy Bar not only helps strengthen the immune system, but also suppresses the onset of fatigue and premature exhaustion during physical exertion.
