Gluten-free soy-based energy bar. It contains the disaccharide palatinose, which has a lower glycemic index and a slower (gradual) release of energy. It provides the same amount of energy as sucrose or glucose, but the blood sugar level is raised approximately twice as long. Therefore, the bar is mainly suitable for activities longer than 1.5 hours. The bar is enriched with BCAA, Beta-alanine and lecithin.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose - 4 bars.
