Penco Energy Gel Long Trail is an energy gel that contains the unique disaccharide Palatinose with a lower glycemic index, which gradually releases energy.
One dose contains 10% isomaltulose (natural substance, slowly digestible carbohydrate), sodium and potassium ions. Furthermore, a special mixture of complex carbohydrates and simple sugars. Does not contain thickeners. Caffeine increases endurance performance - improves dexterity, ability to concentrate.
The gel increases carbohydrate fuel levels before and during performance. Penco Energy Gel is a unique energy gel based on a combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes and vitamin E.
Dosage: it is advisable to take 5-10 minutes before exercise to replenish glycogen reserves, then every 30 minutes during exercise and immediately after exercise to shorten the body's regeneration time. Using the gel is simple - every 30 minutes you squeeze the contents of the bag into your mouth and drink it with water or a very diluted hypotonic drink (200-300 ml). Replenishment of fluids is necessary to prevent dehydration of the body and create conditions for proper digestion and absorption of gels. In order to be able to rely on gels during a race or match, it is advisable to test them already during training. We recommend for all types of sports with a duration of more than 1 hour.
