A necessary condition for continuing high-intensity performance is slowing down the loss of carbohydrate reserves (muscle glycogen). This is what Penco Energy Gel, based on a combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes and antioxidants, ensures.
Penco Energy Gel increases the level of carbohydrate "fuel" before, during and after exercise.
It contains a special mixture of complex carbohydrates (maltodextrins) and simple sugars (glucose and fructose). The present Na + (sodium) and K + (potassium) ions replenish the minerals lost during strenuous exercise. Penco Energy Gel is enriched with vitamins C and E, which contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, which is particularly dangerous during extreme physical exertion. The high content of vitamin C (120 mg in each dose, i.e. up to 150% of the recommended daily intake) helps to maintain normal energy metabolism, strengthen the immune system and suppress fatigue and premature exhaustion during demanding sports performances.
Dosage: 1 dose (about 35 g / 27 ml) is taken 5-10 minutes before the performance, during the performance every 30 minutes or another dose as needed. The maximum recommended daily dose is 175 g / 135 ml.

Treba na ten system so soft flask prist. Je potrebne aj s dlanou stlacat a zaroven sat ustami. Inac to velmi ocenujem cez ten soft flask, lebo nezatazujem zivotne prostredie tolkymi obalmi.
