Maximum performance with minimum weight. The new ORTOVOX WESTALPEN 3L LIGHT line is created for the most demanding female alpinists who are looking for a perfect combination of light weight, protection and functionality.

The three-layer DERMIZAX® NX membrane provides great protection even in the most demanding weather conditions, and the technical processing meets the needs of all female alpinists. In addition, the flexible sports cut ensures that it will not hinder your movement even in the most extreme steps on rock, ice or in mixed terrain.

Waterproof membrane DERMIZAX® NX
DERMIZAX® NX is a non-porous membrane manufactured by the Japanese company Torey. Ease of maintenance, long service life and pleasant lining are the main reasons why you should be interested in this membrane . Despite its low weight, it has excellent breathability, water resistance and 100% wind resistance. Taped seams offer maximum water resistance and the entire jacket has a water-repellent DWR treatment.

Versatile waterproof jacket for female climbers
Thanks to its sporty cut, the ORTOVOX WESTALPEN 3L LIGHT JACKET W fits you exactly and will not limit you even in the most extreme steps on ice, rock or in mixes. Other functional elements of this jacket include, for example , enlarged front pockets, a high collar or a hood, under which you can comfortably fit a helmet. Thanks to the combination of a solid membrane and many technical features, this jacket is suitable for anyone aiming for the summits of the Alpine giants.

The new HIGH-PERFORMANCE cut and two-way stretch material do not restrict during demanding climbing movements when maximum freedom is needed
Ergonomically shaped sleeves can be tightened with Velcro cuffs
The waist and climbing helmet-compatible hood can be tightened with integrated drawstrings hidden in tunnels, so they won't bother you in the wind
Two large pockets for map, topo and other necessary items
The pockets are raised, so they can be accessed even with a backpack hip belt or climbing harness
The inside of the pockets is made of mesh and the pockets can also serve as ventilation openings
All seams are taped with thin tape for the lowest possible weight with maximum functionality
Along the main zipper there is a flap that wicks away moisture
The main zipper of the jacket is two-way - advantageous when working with a belay device
The high collar perfectly protects the face even when looking up
The inner side of the collar is made of 120 MERINO TEC wool, which is very pleasant to the touch and absorbs moisture well
