Summit to Eat Vegetarian Fried Rice Dehydrated Meal, 121 g/654 kcal
The following fresh ingredients were used per 100 g of freeze-dried food:
77 g omelet ( eggs, corn flour, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper), onion, sweet corn, 34 g rice, bell pepper (red, yellow, green), green beans, rapeseed oil, corn starch (salt, soybeans, wheat flour, sugar, caramel coloring), sugar, wine vinegar, ginger, salt, garlic), salt, garlic, white pepper.
Preparation:
1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Choose a moisture absorbent bag.
3. Pour in 90-100°C hot water (small package 280 ml, line D / large package 430 ml, line B) and stir.
4. Close the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir, or add flavor and it's done!
The food can be eaten directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the benefits of frozen food?
Appearance - Freeze-dried (frozen) foods retain their original shape and texture, unlike air-dried foods, which shrink and shrink due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within a few minutes the food will return to its original form.
Taste – they taste just as good as fresh. Freezing removes water, not flavor. So freeze-dried foods retain practically all of their flavors, vitamins and nutritional content.
Weight - weighs less than fresh. Freezing food removes 98% of water. This significantly reduces weight, which makes handling easier and lowers shipping costs. For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freezing - one tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life - frozen food can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or deterioration. Warranty period 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage facilities, making storage much cheaper.
