Amacx Fast Bar is a source of various types of carbohydrates that provide the right support (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). The soft texture makes this bar easy to consume, making it ideal for sports use. The bar consists of 40% almonds and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium.Thanks to the gradual absorption of carbohydrates, this bar is ideal for use during long (intense) workouts in combination with other products from our Energy Line. In addition, the soft texture makes the bar easier to eat.
Take Fast Bar immediately before, during or after exercise.
How to use
Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Ideal for short bursts of effort. Avoid too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine this bar with: Energy Drink, Energy Fruit Chew, Drink Gel, Fast Bar and Ice Gel.
Warning: Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
