Amacx Energy Drink helps replenish energy stores during long workouts. This drink contains glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. This balance allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. In products without this ratio, your body can only absorb 60 grams per hour. This sports drink also contains added sodium and magnesium, which directly support your fluid balance.We recommend using this sports drink when you demand a lot from your body, usually during exertion lasting longer than 2 hours. Use Energy Drink in combination with other products from our Energy Line.
Energy Drink can be taken before, during or after exercise.
How to use
Mix 31g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates. During exercise, drink 1 bottle per hour. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid needs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of small children.
