Recommended dosage of the product VITAMIN C with arrows: one tablet per day, preferably after physical activity or in the evening before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Usage: swallow the tablet and drink it with a sufficient amount of drink. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ° C and consume within 3 months.
