It is a slowly absorbed protein, so it is recommended to use it especially before going to bed. It guarantees the gradual absorption of amino acids during sleep, which guarantees a continuous supply of muscles. This ensures the regeneration of damaged muscle fibers, which prevents the body from entering a catabolic state. Due to its content and properties, it is among the best proteins intended for use before bedtime. It is characterized by excellent solubility and perfect taste.
