Creatine monohydrate: is a direct source of ATP energy. It increases the volume of muscle cells, thereby increasing strength and increasing body weight.
Tri-Creatine Malate: is a preparation containing an improved form of creatine in its most bioavailable form, such as 100% creatine malate (tri-creatine malate). It is an exceptionally stable, highly soluble form of creatine that is resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive system.
NO MATRIX: is composed of 6 active substances:
L-Arginine Base: Stimulates the release of nitric oxide /NO/, which increases blood flow to the muscles. Controls the secretion of growth hormone.
L-Arginine AKG: it is essentially Arginine bound to AKG molecules, in a ratio of 2:1. In addition, AKG is one of the intermediate products of aerobic energy production in the so-called Krebs cycle. This metabolic pathway is used to restore the immediate energy source of ATP in the breaks between sets. Arginine controls the secretion of growth hormone. It stimulates the release of nitrogen oxide /NO/, which increases blood flow to the muscles.
L-Citrulline Base: it is directly absorbed into the blood, creating a reserve for metabolic conversion to L-arginine with the same physiological effects on blood vessels as in the case of L-arginine. L-citrulline is a more suitable and faster source of signal molecules of nitric oxide from the point of view of onset of effect.

Lysine supports the formation of hormones and enzymes and, in combination with vitamin C, increases tissue regeneration. Lack of lysine limits our ability to utilize other amino acids. Use and dosage: Recommended daily dose: used 30 min. before physical activity, one dose of 25g of NO X-1 mixed in 3 dcl of water.
