Night micellar contains casein in the form of the original micellar casein as it is contained in the natural form of milk. It is a slowly absorbed protein, so it is advisable to take it before going to bed. It guarantees the gradual absorption of amino acids during sleep, which achieves continuous muscle supply and regeneration of damaged muscle fibers so that you do not get into a catabolic state. Due to its content and properties, it is among the best proteins intended for use before bedtime. It is characterized by excellent solubility and perfect taste.
