Multivitamin - vitamin supplementation for athletes and hard workers.
It contains Vitamin E - an antioxidant necessary for the formation of red blood cells, the restoration of tissues and muscle mass. Vitamin B1 - promotes appetite and improves digestion, supports energy conversion, strengthens the heart muscle.
Vitamin B2 - is necessary for the restoration of red blood cells and during body growth. It cooperates in the regulation of insulin and growth hormone.
Vitamin B3 - is necessary for blood sugar control, relieves anxiety and insomnia.
Vitamin B5-pantothenic acid is necessary for the metabolism of the human body, it is part of coenzyme A, which is important for the conversion of carbohydrates and fats.
Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine is important in the formation of red blood cells, in the processes of converting stored sugars in the liver and muscles into energy.
Vitamin B7-Biotin helps relieve muscle pain, improves sleep quality, adjusts blood sugar levels, supports fat absorption and overall metabolism.
Vitamin B9-folic acid is a basic coenzyme of protein metabolism and red blood cell formation, supports appetite and stomach acid production.
Vitamin B12 - participates in the absorption of iron and in the formation of proteins in the body.
Vitamin C - is a strong antioxidant, prevents inflammation, ensures skin tension and muscle strength. It stimulates the formation of ligaments, bones and teeth and cooperates in building cartilage and tendons. Improves wound healing and strengthens immunity.

Use and dosage: mix 1/5 teaspoon (200 mg) in water and drink once a day. It can also be mixed into fruit juices and cocktails.
