Orafti ® (Inulin) is a dietary soluble fiber from chicory root, a natural product. Contributes to the normal function of the intestines, by increasing the frequency of stool, at a minimum daily dose: 12g. By consuming inulin in food, we contribute to reducing the increase in blood glucose levels. It helps lower blood sugar levels and supports heart activity. It supports the body's detoxification systems. Furthermore, it has a positive effect on the better use of calcium by the human body.
Aquamin F is a unique mineral source, obtained from seaweed, rich in bioactive calcium (Ca) min. 32% content,
magnesium (Mg) min. 2.2% content and other 72 important trace elements that lead to an improvement in the health of the bones and the whole body.
Research has shown that mineral nutrition depends not only on calcium (Ca) content. Magnesium/magnesium (Mg) and trace minerals play a necessary role in effective mineral fortification.

Zinc in the form of zinc gluconate - antioxidant, also protects us from the effects of free radicals, supports the immune system. It contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, hair, nails and skin, to the maintenance of good eyesight, to proper cognitive function, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the proper metabolism of vitamin A, carbohydrates, proteins, fatty acids and bases.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone MK-7), a natural form of vitamin K2 that contains a highly bioavailable vitamin, 6-8 times more effective than synthetic vitamin K1. By taking this vitamin, you contribute to the prevention of osteoporosis by activating a specific protein (osteocalcin), which leads to optimal binding of calcium to bones and teeth. Vitamin K2 is effective for improving the quality and strength of bones, which is proven by several clinical studies, contributes to normal blood clotting, to the proper functioning of the kidneys, improves insulin sensitivity, helps in the treatment of stomach ulcers, strengthens immunity and vitality.
By taking it in combination with vitamin D3, you increase the absorption of calcium.
Vitamin E ( DL-Alpha-Tocopherol acetate ) antioxidant vitamin E that protects cells from damage. It supports vitality and helps to slow down aging. It also affects the formation of red blood cells, the growth of muscle mass and tissues.
