The use of HMB is recommended for demanding strength training to ensure efficient production of muscle protein, for less effective training to increase the effect. It has a strong anti-catabolic effect and protects muscle mass from destruction, promotes fat breakdown and adipose tissue reduction. It prevents the breakdown of amino acids from the muscles for energy use, so it is an effective protection of muscle mass.

Take with food, dosage according to the table, continuously for at least 2 months
The maximum recommended dose is 4g HMB (10 capsules) per day

Drink the capsules with plenty of water.
