Product description

Suitable for increasing physical performance. Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid, it is formed in the body from the amino acid methionine and cysteinine and is found in most cells. It acts as an energizer, stimulating brain activity and blood flow to the brain. It also supports the cardiovascular system, strengthens immunity and speeds up digestion. In sports, it is used for its energizing effects by administration before performance, which significantly improves performance and coordination of movements. Taurine increases some of the effects of insulin, helps absorb amino acids into cells, which significantly contributes to the growth of muscle mass and regeneration. In combination with caffeine, we increase the energy effect. Use is suitable for weight loss, it is effective in combination with L-carnitine and caffeine. Taurine is made in combination with silicon dioxide so that it does not clump during storage.

Composition: Taurine, silicon dioxide.

Use and dosage: To stimulate performance, take 1 g of taurine for 30 min. pred výkonom.
Warning: Not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. It must not be combined with alcohol.
