Product description

Enjoy this hearty meal on your expedition or trip. This dish, suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is full of healthy beans in a tasty garlic-herb sauce. It's perfect when you need food on the go to keep you fueled for all your adventures.

Mixed beans (48%) (red, white, Borlotti, butter beans, chickpeas), sliced carrots, green beans, onion, rapeseed oil, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, corn flour, salt, white pepper

Preparation:

1. Tear off the edge of the bag.
2. Select a bag containing an oxygen absorber (a non-flammable bag containing moisture absorbing iron oxide).
3. Pour hot water into the bag (small package 280 ml/large package 450 ml) and mix.
4. Close the bag and leave the contents to rehydrate.
5. After 8 minutes, stir or season.

The food can be consumed directly from the bag or served on a plate as needed.

What are the benefits of frozen food?
