Aquamin
Aquamin is commonly obtained from seawater. The most effective and optimally absorbable form of magnesium is obtained from Aquamin. Magnesium plays an important role in various chemical reactions in the body and regulates over 300 different enzymes.

This can be caused by a number of diseases, but also by smoking or alcohol. It arises from the excessive production or insufficient removal of free radicals. Antioxidants such as vitamin C and E can help protect cells from damage by free radicals.
