The Wall Alpine Belay is a time-tested belay device from Mammut. The classic construction 'kyblik' allows belaying the leader, the second climber, and lowering the second climber to the belay station. In this mode, the device automatically locks the rope being paid out, giving the belayer free hands. This is very convenient, especially for multi-pitch climbing.

  • EN 15151-2 certification
  • for single, twin, and half ropes
  • rope diameter range: 7.5-10.5 mm
  • eyelet for unlocking the locked device
  • loop for attaching to the belay station
  • allows rappelling
