Lysine is an essential amino acid. In the body, it participates in several metabolic and cell renewal processes, such as collagen and elastin biosynthesis, antibody formation, and as a precursor to carnitine biosynthesis. Its deficiency is common with strict weight loss diets and strict vegetarian or macrobiotic diets.
Individual substances in the dietary supplement L-lysine Extra:
Echinacea purpurea - has a beneficial effect on the body's natural defenses.
Vitamin B6 – contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, to the proper function of the psyche and nervous system, to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue. It supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
L-lysine Extra is suitable:
- For people with weakened immunity to activate the body
- During periods of viral illnesses to support the immune system
- For children from 8 years of age
- For athletes for normal muscle growth and regeneration

Recommended dosage:
1 – 4 capsules per day / on an empty stomach
