Instant K4 Power BCAA with excellent solubility is made up of individual branched-chain essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine in a 4:1:1 ratio, which the body cannot produce on its own, so it can only be obtained from diet or supplementation.
BCAA make up up to 35% of muscle mass, where they are involved in energy production. They accelerate protein synthesis and protect muscle proteins during sports and physical exertion. They are enriched with L-glutamine, citrulline malate, and B vitamins, which increase their effect and efficiency.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
1 serving (11 g) before training and 1 serving (11 g) after training.
PREPARATION:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (11 g) in 250 - 300 ml of clean water. Let it dissolve, stir and drink.

Base: plant amino acid mixture 4:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) L-glutamine, L-citrulline malate, sodium bicarbonate, vitamins: C (L-ascorbic acid), E (DL- α-tocopheryl acetate), niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), B12 (cyanocobalamin), acidity regulator: citric acid, sweetener: sucralose.
