Light women's ankle socks ORTOVOX ALPINE LIGHT LOW SOCKS are the ideal companion for all summer adventures. They are knitted from a mixture of Merino wool and synthetics. Thanks to this, they are very durable, pleasant and functional. Wool perfectly absorbs moisture into its core and breathes well. In addition, it has antibacterial properties and is capable of neutralizing odors. Polyamide fibers increase the durability and longevity of socks.

Special knitting, each zone fulfills its purpose

The socks are made with seamless knitting technology, that means they are knitted in a circle , thanks to which they have no seams that would push you in your shoes. On the socks, you will find zones with different types of knitting, while each zone, whether on the foot or the shin, offers what you need most.

The highest quality Merino wool

ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.
  • ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.
  • Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand.
These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.
