This technical fleece sweatshirt is the ideal mid-layer for your demanding mountain adventures, where the balance between thermal comfort and active breathability is key. It is designed for intensive movement and year-round use, whether as an insulating layer under a jacket or as standalone protection in milder weather. The cut and elasticity of the material guarantee that the sweatshirt will not limit you even on the most complicated climbing or ski mountaineering ascents.

The fleece's grid structure on the inside optimizes breathability and reduces material bulk without reducing thermal performance.
Smooth outer side provides abrasion resistance and makes it easy to layer under a membrane jacket
The snug hood is designed to fit under a climbing or ski helmet to maximize thermal protection for the head
Low-profile flatlock seams throughout minimize the risk of chafing and skin irritation even during prolonged wear

How to measure.

Chest: Measure the entire circumference of your chest, just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hips and measure the entire circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of the back, over the shoulder, through the naturally bent elbow to the wrist.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
Inseam length: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.

Rab was founded in 1981 by Scottish climber Rab Carrington in Sheffield, UK. Carrington established the brand after returning from an expedition to Argentina's Patagonia, where he learned how to make sleeping bags. Rab was later acquired by Equip Outdoor Technologies.
