About wool
wool perfectly insulates, thus helping the body's natural thermoregulation

warms even when wet, is odor-resistant, quick-drying and perfectly wicks sweat away from the body

material that respects the environment and your health: wool does not need to be washed as often as other natural or synthetic materials - thanks to the lanolin in the fiber, it has self-cleaning properties and after use it is enough to let it dry and air out

can be washed in the washing machine on the wool program, dried in the dryer and ironed (always according to the instructions on the tag)

Caring
In order for the wool to retain its brilliant properties for as long as possible, wash it on the wool program in environmentally friendly detergents with lanolin.

Dry flat, do not wring by hand - just squeeze the water out of the product. Do not dry on a heat source.

Norse company Devold produces wool base layers. In 1853, Ole Andreas Devold founded this company in Ålesund. A tradition dating back as this one is unique - it is surely the oldest producer of the wool base layer in the world. Devold's base layers range from the light collection ''Breeze'' (which is best for the warmer months and sweatier activities) to the ''Expedition'' collection (best for very cold conditions). Other than base layers for every activity, they also make sweaters, headwear, gloves, socks and more.
