CAMP Voyager helmet, white/light blue
The Voyager ski mountaineering helmet is designed to meet strict ISMF regulations and thus meets certifications for mountaineering (EN 12492) and alpine skiing (EN 1077/B). Dual certification guarantees higher safety against side impacts and better protects the skier's head. To meet the strict EN 1077/B standard, an in-mold construction with an extremely hard and impact-resistant ABS plastic shell is used.
The inner core is made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), which is additionally reinforced with a layer of polycarbonate (PC), which helps absorb shocks and increases durability. For maximum breathability, 17 holes were placed in the shell. The helmet can be adjusted to fit your head with the included padding (5mm and 10mm), and it can be adapted to your current needs as a downhill, ski-alpine or climbing helmet thanks to the removable ear covers and adjustment wheel. These features make the Voyager a great helmet for all types of skiing. Of course, there are holders for headlamps or ski goggles that hold the accessories exactly in place. The system for attaching accessories to the helmet is easy, even with gloves on and without having to take off the helmet. Voyager is also equipped with the RECCO® system, thanks to which it is possible to capture the signal of a lost or buried person using the RECCO® receiving board. ATTENTION: the system does not replace a classic avalanche transceiver!
