Instant buckwheat porridge - Unflavored: 100% extruded buckwheat.
Instant buckwheat porridge - Cocoa Coconut: Extruded buckwheat 82%, coconut blossom sugar 8%, fat-free cocoa powder (fat max. 12%) 6%, grated coconut 4%. 
Instant buckwheat porridge - Strawberry: Extruded buckwheat 87%, coconut blossom sugar 8%, freeze-dried strawberry powder 3%, freeze-dried strawberries 2%.

Dosage

Weigh 50 g of porridge into a bowl, pour 100-200 ml of hot water, mix thoroughly and let stand for a while, then consume immediately.
