Sidas Foam Met Pads shoe inserts
Sidas Foam Met Pads are comfortable foam inserts under the transverse arch that help relieve tension in the forefoot and reduce pain when walking or standing for long periods of time. Thanks to the soft, durable foam material, they provide additional support and increase overall comfort in regular shoes and during everyday activities. Anatomically shaped hearts for the right and left foot better follow the shape of the foot and improve pressure distribution in the transverse arch area.
The inserts are simply placed under the insole of the shoe - after removing the original insole, the heart is glued or placed in its front center part in the correct direction for the right and left foot according to the drawing in the package. They are suitable as a comfort solution, not as a medical orthosis.
