Cushioning Gel Slim gel insoles absorb shocks thanks to the dynamic cushioning gel concept developed by Sidas. The network of gel micro-bubbles located in the stressed areas gradually deforms under load and impact, thus providing functional dynamic cushioning.

How to use
- Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
- Insert the new insole into the shoe
- Wash only with mild soap and a brush
- Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Sidas/Therm-ic dryers with airflow
