If you want to taste the trail, we have this entry level for the trail for you. The comfort, comfort and cushioning you know from road shoes and a good grip will be provided by the original trail sole, which is developed for movement in suburban parks, forest paths and the city jungle in general.
The PowerFlow + midsole consists of 2 parts, the lower part is slightly harder, has an excellent shape memory and conveys a very decent dynamics. The upper part of the midsole is slightly softer, it should offer comfort when running up a long volume. A DFB polymer reinforcement is also inserted between these layers, which copies the shape of the plantar fascia and affects the torsional stability of this shoe. The parameters of the midsole are 20/12 (heel toe).
The overall fine pattern of the sole will offer excellent adhesion when running on a hard urban surface, you will then appreciate three different hard mixtures of the sole when approaching park and forest sidewalks.
The seamless and breathable upper is stretched on a wide Strandard hoof, at the tip significantly reinforced by a rubber trench with an elongated toe. PARKCLAW 275 GTX is one of the first models of running shoes, where a new application of GORE-TEX membrane on the upper of the shoe is used. The membrane is laminated to the individual parts of the upper and the result is significantly better functional properties, better and more efficient connection of the membrane and the upper, better fit and also significantly eliminated various folds of the lining, which could cause blisters or mumps. GORE calls this technology INVISIBLE FIT. By combining different upper cuts and using different strong, durable and flexible materials, individual models may differ in the final fit, even if they are made on the same hoof. And that is why we also specify the width of all models with the numerical parameter 1-5 (1 = narrowest, 5 = widest). We include this model in the S5 group, so it is one of the widest shoes in the collection. The EHC external heel reinforcement then better fixes the heel in the shoe. The lacing fixation strip is guided along the entire length of the tongue, where it ends in a loop with a reflective logo and thus prevents the tongue from rotating around the instep while running.
